Blueberry Shake

  • 3/4 cup milk, Almond milk, or Coconut milk
  • 3/4 cup plain yogurt, Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 tablespoon honey or other sweetener, to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla
  • 4 ice cubes, optional


  1. Blend Ingredients in blender until smooth
