Carrots a la Parsley

Parsley turns this vegetable into something a little bit special.

Yield: About 2 CUP
Cook Time: 10 to 15 Minutes


  • ​2 cups sliced carrots or cut in half, then lengthwise
  • 1 TBSP butter
  • 1 TBSP minced fresh parsley


  1. Steam carrots until crisp-tender, about 10 - 15 minutes.
  2. Place carrots in a serving bowl and fold in butter and parsley.
