Grassfed "Caramel" Corn

Serves: ​v aries

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes


  • ​Non-GMO popcorn kernels
  • Kerrygold salted butter
  • Raw honey
  • Salt


  1. Pop corn kernels in air popper 
  2. Melt butter in a pan on the stovetop, remove pan from heat 
  3. Add honey to taste
  4. Pour over popped popcorn
  5. Salt, to taste
  6. Enjoy!


​A delicious and more nutritious way to enjoy a whole grain snack (or dinner if you've had a busy day!). Enjoy with a cold glass of milk (dairy, non-dairy, organic or raw). I have also added pecans for a nutty version.
