Tip: Cooled mashed potatoes are difficult to reheat without losing texture; if not serving them immediately, put them in a Crock-Pot® or slow cooker on low until ready to serve. If needed, adjust consistency with a little hot milk or cream.
Variation: Add 2 - 4 cloves of garlic in Step 2 to make Garlic Mashed Potatoes.
