Peanut Butter Shake

For peanut butter lovers! Experiment with other nut butters, as
well.

Serves: 2-3
Prep Time: 4 minutes
Cook Time: 4 minutes



Ingredients

  • 2 - 3 tablespoons peanut butter, to taste
  • 1 cup milk, Almond Milk or Coconut Milk
  • 11/2 teaspoons honey or other sweetener, to taste
  • 1/8 - 1/4 teaspoon vanilla, to taste


Instructions

  1. In blender blend a small amount of milk with the peanut butter;
    blend in remaining ingredients
