Saucy Apple Refresher

Definitely creamy, cool, and refreshing!

Serves: 1
Prep Time: 2 minutes


  • ​1/4 CUP almond milk (coconut milk, yogurt, and kefir also work)
  • 1/2 CUP applesauce, unsweetened (or 1/2 fresh apple)
  • 3 TBSP frozen apple juice concentrate, unsweetened
  • 1 TSP honey
  • 1/8 TSP vanilla extract (1/4 TSP if using fresh apple)
  • 3 ice cubes (optional)


  1. Liquefy all ingredients in a blender.


Cold drinks are not as easy on the digestion as drinks at room temperature. Keep this in mind when deciding whether to add ice cubes to shakes.
