Scalloped Potatoes

Serves: 6
Cook Time: 1 Hour


  • ​1  1/4 CUP Almond Milk or Coconut Milk or milk (or 3/4 CUP cream + 1/2 CUP filtered water) + 1  3/4 CUP Almond Milk or Coconut Milk or milk,(or 1 CUP cream + 3/4 CUP filtered water)
  • (OPTIONAL) 1/4 CUP chopped onion
  • 6 medium size potatoes, thinly sliced
  • 2 TBSP white flour or 3 TBSP brown rice flour
  • fresh minced or dried parsley or chives
  • paprika


  1. Heat 1  1/4 CUP milk in saucepan over low heat until hot.
  2. Meanwhile, prepare 1  3/4 CUP milk, (OPTIONAL) onion, potatoes, and flour.
  3. Make 3 layers in lightly buttered 9" x 13" pan or casserole and pour the hot milk over all in order given: potatoes, (OPTIONAL) onion, and flour.
  4. Cover and bake at 375° in preheated oven for 1 hour or until potatoes are tender.
  5. To serve, garnish as desired with parsley or chives and paprika.
